Welcome to Health Shift Small Group Classes, we understand that fitness isn't just pushing your body to its limit- it's really about moving well, staying strong, and reducing your risk of injury. We designed our Strength & Resilience Small Group Training, a program tailored for those with a previous injury, professionals 40+ who want to build muscle, improve movement, strengthen an old injury, and stay active for life.
Injury Prevention & Strength Building- Our approach prioritizes smart, sustainable strength training to reinforce movement patterns and strengthen areas prone to injury. We will also teach you how to modify exercises to help you build strength for injured areas.
Small group, Big Results- With a max of six students per class, you'll get personalized coaching and corrections to ensure proper technique and progress.
Functional Strength & Mobility- We train foundational movement patterns: squat, deadlift, push, pull, and carry, helping you move, feel better, and have more confidence in everyday life.
No Ego, No Competition- This isn't about keeping up with the person next to you. It's about progress, improving your mechanics, and training at your own pace.
