What Makes Our Classes Different?

Small Class Size – We cap each session at just six participants to ensure you receive the individualized attention and coaching you need. This allows for real-time corrections and movement refinement, rather than the one-size-fits-all approach of larger classes.

Intentional Programming – Our focus is on fundamental movement patterns:

  • Squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Upper body pushes & pulls
  • Carries

These movement patterns are customized to your ability so you can train safely and progress effectively.

Technique Over Intensity – This isn’t a competitive environment. Instead of pushing for exhaustion, we emphasize proper mechanics, controlled movements, and strategic rest. If you have a weaker side or an old injury, we help you train intelligently to strengthen those areas over time.

A Variety of Equipment – Our sessions incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, machines, resistance bands, and unconventional tools to build balanced strength and resilience.
